As we have probably previously mentioned, we would greatly appreciate it if you would record a quick video of yourself giving us a review/testimonial that we can use in our marketing.

It’s really, pretty easy!  We're not looking for or expecting anything "polished and professional."  We would simply appreciate real.  You can record a video from your cell phone, tablet, laptop or desktop as long as it has a camera.  To see some examples of what others have done, click here...make sure to come back though!  :-)

Following are some things and thoughts to consider including in your testimonial:

• Did you  Buy or Sell a Home with The Nathanson Brothers Team?

• How did you find/meet The Nathanson Brothers Team?  Were you recommended by a friend/family member?  Did you Google, "best looking real estate agents in South Florida?”   ;-)  Did we meet at an event?

• Why did you choose to  work with The Nathanson Brothers Team?  Was it our dashing good looks and incredible charm?  ;-)  Was it receiving our well-thought-out emails and videos that assured you that we are a professional, hard-working, family-type team that gets great results?  Was it that we were able to clearly explain our systems/plans of action to help you move forward and achieve your goals?

• What is something specific that The Nathanson Brothers Team did to help you reach your goals?  For example, “The Nathanson Brothers Team found a buyer for our house in only 5 days, for 12% above our asking price.” Or, “The Nathanson Brothers Team was able to get our offer accepted, in a multiple offer situation, and ours wasn’t even the highest offer.”  Maybe, “We were relocating from out-of-state, and they helped make our move much easier than we had hoped.”

• Would you personally  choose to work with The Nathanson Brothers Team  again, and how was our service and the process?  “We will definitely work with The Nathanson Brothers Team again if we move, and also as we start looking for investment property.  They were not only full of information, detail-oriented and prompt, they were also friendly, helpful and accessible from the start.”

We also included a field where you can  give us the name(s) and contact info  (phone #'s, email addresses, etc.) of anyone you know that you think we should talk with, to see if we can help them with their real estate needs.
